About
Hey, I'm Ciera.
I plan trips for families, couples, and friend groups — and before I did this for a living, I did it for fun. I held a Disney annual pass for years, which is a polite way of saying I have STRONG opinions about which resort's bus route is worth the wait and which Epcot booth is a trap.
Before travel, I ran Sugar Design Co, designing holiday decor for people's homes. Same instinct, bigger canvas — figure out what somebody actually wants the day to feel like, then go build it.
Disney is my deepest specialty, but the work goes well beyond the parks: cruises, all-inclusives, vacation homes, RVs, multi-gen reunions, honeymoons, and a lot more. I'm Accessible Travel Certified, a CLIA individual agent member, and trained directly with Marriott Bonvoy, Disney, Royal Caribbean, and Universal.
I'm based in Largo, Florida, and I plan trips for clients anywhere in the United States.

CLIA is the cruise industry's main professional body. This membership is in my name — ID 00629209 — and it comes with direct booking access and ongoing training across the major cruise lines. Travelmation carries a separate agency membership of its own.

Travelmation is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner agency and Earmarked Diamond producer — that authorization is the agency's, not a title I hold myself. Working under it gives me direct booking access to Disney, Universal, the major cruise lines, and hundreds of suppliers, plus the training, partner perks, and supplier-direct support that come with it.
